Eddy Carlyle, however, exemplifies what it takes to be a truly “Great” agent. #1, He consistently represented our interests not his, even when it meant his commission might have been less!! Too often agents confuse their best interests with those of their client. #2, He spent his own money “up front” for “Wow” photography, day and night shots, as well as ariel views. #3, His advice on staging was “spot on”, aided by his professional experience in design. #4, His knowledge of, and attention to legal details assured there were no unaddressed “pit falls”, such as open permits. #5 With all of these in place, we sold the property for full asking price. #6 Lastly, he was a pleasure to work with, always available, always prompt, always well prepared. We found him to be the epitome of what one hopes for in exceptional service in real estate.Read more

Eddy goes above & beyond for his clients. Through the entire process he remained accessible and eager to answer any questions. One of his best qualities is the honesty he executes when showing you homes. If he thinks something is not worth the money, doesn’t fit your family or your future plans, he will not hesitate to say it. We originally wanted a home outside our budget, he sat us down and had an extensive conversation as to why we shouldn’t move forward with that one even though I know his commission would’ve been higher. It’s now been almost a month after we closed and he is still helping us. We are very grateful. Thank you!Read more

During this time, the housing market in Southwest Florida was already going a little crazy. It was almost almost impossible for a home to go on the market for a day without multiple offers. Eddy took the time to learn the kind of home I was interested in, and was extremely resourceful and diligent in taking his time to present properties to me. He worked quickly to get in showings, obtain documents, and put in offers. We finally came across the home that was “the” home, and as soon as we walked out, we were placing an offer on the home, which is now MY home! During the process, Eddy stayed in contact with me and was always willing to answer any questions, go over any paperwork, and help ease the stress of buying a new home! He is extremely helpful, resourceful, quick, diligent, and professional. He’s available at all times to answer any questions, and obtains information at the blink of an eye. We were able to secure my home because of his precision. I would absolutely use Mr. Carlyle for any realty needs. I am so thankful for his professionalism and dedication to what he does. Thank you Eddy!Read more
